The integration of the rotary evaporator and vacuum controller enhances the operability and layout flexibility of the entire system. All operations can be controlled via the vacuum controller at the center of the unit, eliminating the need to operate individual devices sequentially. This allows the vacuum pump and organic solvent recovery device to be moved from the front to the space behind the rotary evaporator, increasing layout flexibility in the operating area.
Automatic distillation without complex solvent data!
In automatic mode, the vacuum controller starts operation with just a button press after placing the sample, eliminating the need for previous solvent data. It ensures stable distillation for both single and mixed solvents. This mode is particularly convenient for applications requiring multiple solvents or varying distillation conditions.
Compact design while maintaining convenience!
Retaining all the features and convenience of the RE series, the design saves space in all dimensions (length, width, and height). When placed at an angle, up to three units*1 can be stored and used simultaneously in one fume hood. Despite the space-saving design, the lifter (lifting height) has a 200mm stroke, which is larger than other brands, ensuring ease of installation and flask replacement. Although the lifter is manually operated, it moves very smoothly with the assistance of a spring, making it more convenient than electric lifters when using small distillation flasks.
Wireless coordination with the vacuum pump via Wi-Fi connection.
The RUN/STOP and suction speed adjustment of the vacuum pump are wirelessly controlled by the vacuum controller. The vacuum pump operates at full power only during the initial stage of distillation, then reduces speed for quieter operation and energy savings. The wireless connection eliminates the need for wiring and reduces the amount of tubing in the system.
